on January 26, 2009

Monday-Martin Luther King day, no school

Tuesday-Today, we drew polygons with an area of 14 in math. We also wached president Obama take oath and we watched the whole inauguration speech. I believe that America made history.  Barack Obama’s wife’s name is Machelle. His 2 daughters name’s are Sasha and Malia.  Obama’s Inaugural Address started at 12:09 pm and ended at 12:27 pm. We had computer lab and art today.  Also, Olivia did her booktalk.

Wednesday– We went to the computer lab again to type more of our expository essays. Emma did her booktalk. In math, we did a review packet for geometry.

Thursday– Anjali did her booktalk. We did a game for math. Mrs.Spata was out today so Mrs.Tedesco filled in for her. For our Social Studies unit, we are studying explorers. We asked each other questions from a sheet of paper. Each table 1 through 4, got a different saying.

Friday– Anthony D. did his booktalk. We had music after lunch and recess. When we did social studies, we painted the world the people from the 1400’s knew. We also had our Multiplication Marathon. Ms. Spata opened the Spata Store. Also Ms. Perelli bought us some brand new items for the store.

  3. sspata says:

That does not happen for me. Your computer at home must have an automatic feature that will link you to definitions of words. What happends when you click on it?
