Monday
WELCOME BACK CLASS!!!! on Monday we went to library. First thing we did in library was working on our explorer. Then we picked out great books. It was snack time. Student council gave their speech. Nick gave a wonderful book talk on INKHEART. Our class took a practice book 3 math test. Then we had social studies. We are learning about colonial times. At math Mrs. Spata put the timer on for 4 minutes. On the smartboard it said1 inch, 1 foot, 1 yard. We had to search the classroom for objects those lengths.
Tuesday
On Tuesday, we did sensory details. We did our morning meeting. Then we had math groups. After that, we went to the computer lab to work on our black history month projects. Then we worked on our colonial times projects. We packed up early because we had art. Today it was the 100th day of school.
Wednesday
On Wednesday we checked our sentences. Amain did her book talk. Also we did our morning meeting. Plus we read Loser. Then Mrs. Sicilano and Mrs. Spata pulled math groups, while they do their work we worked on our colonial times flip book. We wached Madicascar 2 because we won an award for P.A.R.P. ( A.K.A.) PARENTS AS READING PARTNERS. The class got 100% perfect.
Thursday
First we checked our math homework. It is science day. We went to Mrs. Walsh and Mrs. Cronin and Mrs. Joyce’s rooms for science activities. Then Mrs. Spata read Loser.
Friday
On Friday I did my book talk and Jessica did hers. We got our music test back and we took our spelling test. Then we had social studies.
