**Anyone choosing to Opt-Out/Refuse the tests (signed letters can be sent in Tuesday morning) should come to class these days prepared with a few different books and magazines to read quietly during the test, as this is our Smithtown district policy.**
The Math Honor Societies of both HSE and HSW are hosting an awesome event for our children this Friday at High School East from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. This great night is for students in 4th through 8th grade. Click the link above to see the flyer for this event.
There will be over 75 awesome activities including a Giant Slope Slide, Math Sports, Catapults, Lasers, Magnetic Levitation, Tumbling Arches, and Sticks and Pulleys.
It is requested that all participants come with an adult for safety reasons and also that they bring a donation for our local food bank.
Sounds like a wonderful chance to have fun with math!!!

on Wednesday 5/20 or Thursday 5/21 AND Monday, 6/1
